You are required to select a 'required date' from the calendar at checkout. We express post 1-2 days prior to your requested date. Pickup is from Wilston, North Brisbane (subject to availability). If you have selected shipping option, it's recommend you put the 'required date' earlier than required to be on the safe side. We do not issue refunds if your cookies arrive late. Please note that if you have made specific requests via social media messaging or email - this needs to be copied and placed into the "Additional Information" section on checkout so all information can be kept in the one place (we can't keep track of all requests over different mediums).
